I understand that. There's especially one thing I think would improve at least my general opinion on mods tho: refer directly to the rule, copying it if it's needed, when warnings or timeouts are given. As I've never received either, I don't know for sure if you do it or not. But I don't think it's explicit enough when the threads are closed so I can only assume.

we have a strict word limit when writing warnings/timeouts, so we won't be able to cite the rule they broke, unfortunately. however, we always answer when people want to know what they did wrong. i hope that clarifies some things
