Oh, I see. I hope things are going well for you now! Living 4-5 hours away with no proper transport sounds annoying; did they not have that kind of education anywhere closer to your home?
Yeah. Even though I rarely participated, since I was focusing on watching TV, not typing at the same time, haha. Would definitely be nice to bring it back though.
there were definitely several closer options, but this one just felt kinda right in a way haha.. it's a really beautiful location with a lot of history, and i think i honestly kinda needed to get away from home. the main reason i decided to move here of all places is because my dad's girlfriend lives across the country so the two of them conveniently drive by my school pretty often whenever they're going to visit each other, so if i wanna go home over the weekend i can just hitch a ride with her whenever she's heading up north!! but they're currently in africa so i have to rely on public transport. the tickets are currently waaayy too expensive for my liking right now though...
Ah, then it definitely sounds like the right choice for you! Being able to get a ride like that sounds nice! But yeah, train tickets are crazily expensive, for literally no reason. I could never imagine living out in the country side with no public transport, especially since I don't have a driver's license, oof.
yeahh, it's super nice but i have NO idea how they've been driving back and forth to visit each other like that for over 10 years because i get so exhausted every time š
