The coworker that she does not like nd another worker can't work together, like they hate each other idk, bcus coworker w beef is mean

so what does boss do? She puts them together on like, all their shifts, out of nowhere, no warning, even after they went hey we actually suck working together. And now my nice coworker gotta deal w working alone w someone that can't stand them just bcus MY BOSS IS TRYIN TO MAKE THE OTHER ONE PISSED . And that shift setup doesn't even make sense?? Like it puts the closing shift w one less person w actual experience?? Just bcus boss gotta piss her off??`? U r actually insane??????????

T_T she needs to hav consequences to her actions i think rip u cant just do stuff like that. good work environment is #1 reason that ppl dont go on sick leave like... is fuckin important
