One is between two countries and has the potential to spark World War III.
One is a civil war that involves actual terrorist groups.
Again, it's not just about Europe with the Russo-Ukrainian War, with countries that border those 2 being involved, and countries around the WORLD being involved. It's a danger not only to the people that have to go through that war, but soon to all of us. It'll escalate, and become much worse.
So yes, it is questionable because, as cruel as it might sound, it's tragic, truly, but not on the same scale when it comes to what countries would focus on, what PEOPLE would focus on.

Yes, it's not okay, but again, it's the fact that bringing this shit up, like bringing BLM, the Syrian war, the situation in Afghanistan, or other groups of countries and people that are at war or oppressed, can just not be measured on the same scales???
you cannot compare death and violations of human rights, it's just inhumane to do so, by that, you disregard so many other groups altogether?
You might complain that it's not okay that people do it but when you're doing it rn, that's kind of a hypocritic move to do so.

that's exactly the problem.
there is NO justification for any of this, there should not be a reason why things like that happen or more like things like that should not happen, people do not deserve to lose their lives over civil wars and cruel and unjust wars and uprisings, but sadly as this world is not fair and compromises always has to be made, countries can't just GIVE their all to some situations like that.
where they can help? they do.
taking refugees, sending aid, but in situations like this, it's SO hard to detain it and control it.

taking one war and/or crisis to use and comparing it to another is a nono.
Not to mention one of the parties here has nukes? Like, this is on a much bigger scale than people are giving it credit.
