Here are some stones I have that I love! The way I use them is that I have them everywhere, on a tray in my living room and ex in my bedroom. They makes the atmosphere calming. If I am for example stressed I put the crystal which I find fitting in my hand and it calms me. I also sometimes out them in my pocket when I go out if I need it. I sometimes place them on my body when I meditate! You do need to charge then every once in a while. If you want to know more about charging and cleansing them- tell me! @Junia
