But isn't dysphoria all about the way you feel about your body and your genitals are (feeling wrong about them)? So if, for example, a transgender women wanted to be seen as women physically, wouldn't make more sense for them to try to change their physical appereance? Asking this because it's kinda obvious to see who's trans and who isn't, depending on how they transition, when and if they use more cosmetic surgeries or so, and if you see a transgender woman who does not really pass well, it's easy to see them as male. And I think that would worsen dysphoria

Like, lets just say he was trans for a hot sec, pressuring that on him (with no sort of confirmation from him that he is trans) would make him feel like hes not passing as he wants to etc, which just pushes that u have to be 100% masc to pass as male, when most cis males are typically not 100% masc either
