Because he still feels attraction for females. I don't care if it's not intense, if there's some kind of attraction for females, he's bisexual. Like, what's so hard to understand? 
Bisexuality isn't 50-50. It can be 1-99 and he'd still be bisexual

its not convenient for people's lives tho, if i have a 5% attraction to females and would never consider a relationship, why would i go around advertising myself as bisexual even if by this logic i am
