I really want to educate her on the history of colonialism and how white ppl used alcohol historically for barter and trade with native Americans to weaken their power,or how the idea that native Americans are inferior due to their "alcoholic genes" has been used to argue for genocide of indigenous people. Considering the mere mention of the possibility of culture and how I'm not convinced the high percentage of alcoholism in native tribes is wholly genetic made her defensive, I'd likely just seem preachy and thus waste my breath.

Either that or they are smart enough to manipulate the less empowered and educated with pseudo facts that seem legit to take advantage of them for political gain so they can advance their agenda

I feel claustrophobic on buses I used to avoid taking them at all, never used to feel that way used to love bus rides, now they make my stomach churn
