Honestly, I get the eugenics dilemma when it comes to ethnicity or sex or whatever but if it's to make sure that people don't have to live with down syndrome and shit, it's more complicated.

It's selfish to pass disabilities. My mother is a narc with bp1, she passed it on one of my sister. I have a big chance to develop bipolar disorder and i'd rather not live than go to therapy so much to have a okay life. Other than that she was awful mother, because of her illnesses and it's unfair to grow up in such envoriment. I dont think severly mentally ill are fit as parents unless they truly work on themselves and go to therapy before starting a family.
