Dude I’m trying to get him to watch it but he really don’t want to so I guess I’ll just have to wait can’t watch it without him either... also I just started watching anime so literally finished season 3 like 20 days before season 4 came haha 

haven’t seen any spoilers at all so I might be good!!

anyways u got any other animes to recommend that’s kinda like aot or like idk 
yeahh understandable it's very fun to watch together. i'd say that demon slayer and jujutsu kaisen are fun animes when it comes to the action. but if you want something more cerebral i'd say go for neon genesis evangelion or berserk. the promised neverland is similar to attack on titan, i call it the baby aot.

i also really like steins;gate, its the same type of 'what the fuck just happened' vibe as aot

I honestly didn't even notice the OST during the episode and was pretty shocked to see everyone lose their goddamn mind about it lmao. Like to me a 'bad soundtrack' for a scene is something that removes you from the moment and that did not happen here for me.

I saw someone say that the OST choice only seemed bad to manga readers and the choice they went with worked well for anime only people who didn't know exactly that eren was about to transform.

ok and Gunbuster is a six episode OVA that anno made in the late 80s short little piece of history you might enjoy 

and you've got lain as ptw that shit is CEREBRAL it's like slow and kind of hard to get thru with like zoomer brain no offense to zoomers its slow but if it can hold your attention youll get a lot out of it like psychologically
