There are lots of ways to learn tarot! I used to pick out 3 cards everyday that I studied, and I would write the meaning of the card on the other side of the picture. Tarot I also about interpret the card yourself, what do you see in the picture? Do you see someone running, do they stand still, do they look backwards? and what do that mean to you? If you example get the birth card, that can mean that there are a new opportunity waiting, it can be something new your gonna learn or it can be about renewing yourself or an actual birth! I think they way to learn tarot is to know how to learn it if you get me!!

If you have the classic Rider Waite you can learn ALOT on the internett about the meaning of the different cards, there are plenty of books you can read and alot of stuff on example pint rest!! I took the hard way and buyed the akashic records which was hard because the name of the different cards are not the same as the classic deck

As far as motivation, it´s about knowing that it will take time, and not rush it. You are probably not gonna learn how to read them in one day. It´s an on going process. I´ve had mine for 2 years now and im still learning

these are really good points! 

i only have an old, what I think is, rider waite deck but some cards are missing cause i only got 75 so need to buy another one

I got the Ethereal Visions Illuminated deck! Since it uses the Rider Waite system it's supposedly pretty easy to start with! I just don't vibe with the traditional RW deck

I'm so excited! I also ordered a book , the Holistic Tarot and I know that it's a bit hardcore but I love the idea of having like a good encyclopedia almost 😂 I love to read so I don't think it's gonna be a problem for me really
