I can't really understand this point because the main cause for this disorder is (sexual) abuse in the childhood of the person making them the victim if they haven't comitted a crime (abusing a child sexually, looking at media of it,..).

from an emotional perspective, those people are repulsive of course, but objectively, IF they get help and are non-offending, they deserve empathy imo.
