i dont think that not having sexual interets in people when youre not in love is a sexuality or even something that needed a label but young people wanna label everything
idk, idec, but to give an example -which could be very rellevant for the dating process for example in norway where i live

Dating trend in Norway:
Meet - fuck - date - become a couple

And probably most people, world wide:
Meet - date - develop a bond - fuck - become a couple

Me and other demis:
Meet - develop a platonic bond (friendship for example) - *aestethic/romantic/sensual attraction* - date / become a couple - MAYBE fuck
yea when i was young we just said 'i only become attracted to people im already friends with' and didnt like say we were part of the lgbt or a unique sexuality this is a normal thing and young people have decided to label it as its own sexuality IMO
i think it's more of a label to describe your frequency of sexual attraction. just like asexual means never having sexual attraction, demisexual is between sexual and asexual.  it's the grey area, hence "MAYBE fuck"

since it's still related to sexuality, it's something i'd wanna know about anyone i date imo

As a woman, would you ever consider dating a man who is bi?

I would never do it myself no matter how handsome and sweet he is such people can always suddenly change feelings/thoughts

That said person could also always suddently change feelings/thoughts being hetero (for example suddently find someone else or cheat or smth) -this argument is not really valid, as literally same goes for anyone.. You can't really control your feelings, but that has little to nothing to do with your sexuality.. So what if the person you get dumped for is the opposite gender of you? I don't think you'd be happy to be dumped for the same gender anyways lmao

An asexual person can b more sexual n have way more sex than a full on normal straight person, flawed argument rlly

I've been quietly stalking this thread because this is interesting lmao

I consider myself to be a hetero-romantic bisexual so as a somewhat straight person I guess I could answer to the original question and I'd say uh, probably? Depending on how much they'd change, I'm not sure if Id feel attracted to them anymore if they went through a lot of physiological changes (or personality-wise, but that goes for all relationships), but if they'd just prefer to be called they/them and would otherwise stay pretty much same, I think I could still love them.
