these things are usually genetic aka. inheritable.
nowhere did this statement imply that ppl can't take of children while having genetic illnesses, but merely just producing a child wont be "enough".
fx: my family is riddled w cancer to the point everyone gets it in one way or another. we get gene tested at various ages and everyone in the family knows it. i wouldn't want a child to have to deal with that.
that's my responsibility. it's empathy and mercy.

healthcare should be free or at least affordable. People with children should also be financially supported, especially if they have a sick or disabled child. I'm very aware that in most countries this isn't unfortunately happening and I highly support abortion for financial reasons.

But it's not. Also, I have mental illness and if it were genetics I would blame the shit out of my parents. Having children when you know they have a high chance of having physical or mental disabilities and illnesses is cruel. Aborting a fetus because it has some kind of defect is absolutely fair, it's subjecting yourself AND your child to a guaranteed lifetime of hurt.

Yes, depending on the financial status of the parents (rich parents could keep the baby but,, why) and also if they have the disorder themselves (should not be allowed to keep the baby, depending on the way it impairs cognitive function or not)
