i worked in customer service kind of similar to that but for konsumentverket last summer and we were not monitored like that but i still hated it with all my guts. i think it's amazing that people can actually work with that and not lose itÂ
200 ppl in que sounds crazy, i'll have to let my friend know that hahaÂ
yeah i've been thinking about that a lot since applying for internships , that i just would like to get feedback on why they don't want me. it's fine but pls just tell me it would rly help aaaA and just be good to know what criteria matters to them
yeah i know these different 20's are not fun and games anymore aaA but i don't feel like i will have to be a proper adult until i'm like 45 lmfao so i guess i'm not rly stressing (but feeling old, yeah, that's happening, and it's no fun lol)

Yeah, and it's so annoying, because you have no idea whether you're doing anything wrong in your applications, since you don't get any feedback, or they just prefer people with experience or relevant education.
Thank you! I feel so old, goodness. It's halfway to 30 counting from 20, and that just feels like such a major thing. Like, 24 is a nice age, but 25? It just feels like I have to be a proper adult now...

anyway job applying is awful to a degree i can't neither comprehend nor put into words so i feel you on that one (never wanted to puke on myself as much as when writing personal letters as well) . sorry to hear about having been turned down after so many applications being sent ugh
and also happy birthday!!!!!!!!! king 25
Ah, that's interesting. Was it in VÀsterÄs or Malmö? The workload is okay right now. Like, the past month was really calm, because at times we were like 120 people working at the same time and not that many people calling, so there was quite a bit of "dötid" between the calls, which was nice. Now we've reached the peak season though, and many people are sick (or they've quit??), so now we're like maximum 80 people working at the same time, and more people calling. Like, on Monday, there were 200 people in the queue, which has basically never happened since I started working (1st of August). It's annoying that you now barely get to breathe between calls, and that you can't take breaks as you please, since they monitor everything through that phone program we use... And apart from the fucking surveillance, and my boss who's an idiot, the job itself is mostly fine. Sure, you always have those annoying customers every day, but most of the time, it's bearable.BloomCissi wrote:
Haha, I'm glad you can appreciate that.
But yeah no, I just don't think there's a point in having any plans, because I have no idea how to make things happen anyway. Like, I'm here, 25 years old today (!), I have a master's degree, I was unemployed for a year, then got a job in customer service at Postnord that I'm now stuck with, so things aren't exactly going well... I mean, sure, I could come up with a plan, but when I can't get a proper job even with hundreds of applications, what am I supposed to do...?
my friend worked at postnord customer service until like 5 months ago and she said the job was fine until like some months ago when a department closed down and the calls just were never ending outta nowhere so...... i hope it got better since u started working Haha, I'm glad you can appreciate that.
