Then that's dysphoria / body dysmorphia
yea but again i don't want to be the other side either so nb label i think
But there's no other side. Like
Having dysphoria or body dysmorphia does not mean you're trans, it just means that you suffer from a disorder that makes you feel wrong about your body. That's okay, it happens to a lot of people (I suffer from body dysmorphia myself) and I'd recommend you to visit a doctor to treat it, because it could really harm you
indeed ur right.. although it's not something that rules my life,, not like my biggest issue so i dont see the point of getting help for it u kno

I just advise you to do so, because it could worsen up (?), and there could be a moment when it becomes dangerous

For body dysmorphia, I believe you should go first to a psycologist so they can actually tell if it's body dysmorphia and what treatment you should go for (because you could go to cognitive-behavioral therapy, take serotonin reuptake inhibitors.. etc). I can't advise you about dysphoria, but honestly if you tried to go to a psychologist and tell them about possibly having dysphoria, as far as I know, they'd recommend hormone therapy and surgeries, and I do not believe that's a reasonable way to help you get rid of dysphoria, and even less if you don't really want that.

I think its pretty hard to get hormones etc tho, esp if ur under 18, to weed out the ppl who r confused and don't need it cus they r gonna regret it

In where I live, you don't even need to go to therapy for 1 year to get hormones. And it's allowed for kids around 13, and they want the law to make 8 y/o kids transition.. which makes me sad

*Gender* dysphoria is about your genitals, more than anything (as far as I know), meanwhile body dysmorphia is feeling bad about how you look. Maybe you think you're fat or too skinny, too tall or too short, and feel that discomfort more intense than the natural discomfort about your body

Ok both r dysphoria then, nothing shows up on google if u search dysmorphia, so its just gender dysphoria and regular dysphoria then ig

Here it is so easy to transition. You don't need a single year in therapy to transition, and kids are transitioning. 80% of them turn out, when they grow up, to be homosexual kids, or just felt discomfort for a short period of time.
Since transition is irreversible, this kids become even more depressed because they really are trapped in a wrong body, and this makes them become even more suicidal. That's were almost all of the trans deaths in my country come from, which is fucking sad (although discrimination is also part of this trend of kids killing themselves). Or they also die because we don't really know what hormone therapy could do to them, apart from changing a little bit how they look. At least 6000 kids are suspected to die because of complications from transitioning here

You have to search body dysmorphic disorder. I just call it body dysmorphia to make it shorter
