Ye that fucking sucks!

I just started taking "mental health walks" and really cannot go far before my body falls apart so i do what i can and then my doctor says i should push myself more 😀 so i went further than usual+ i jogged and then i was too exhausted to do anything for 3 days

It was lovely

bruh. you canno't do that. i suppose it gets easier over time if you keep doing that. but u gotta work your kondition up slowly. short intervals. no much to start with
