ye if I could even get 3-4 roommates I wouldn't have much left per month bc I make $9.60/hr.

fuck are we going to do with jobs when people literally move away to escape the hell that is mass tourism, besides when something smells like money it will attract rich investors like sharks, buying the properties and selling them for more expensive to people who want vacation houses, which results in the house market prices stagnating for the normal people who actually want to live here

Well, I don't agree. People losing their jobs is a huge problem since most countries don't have the same welfare system as we do. I don't think you'll have to be a big brainer to figure out which problems that can lead to.
