You need to start to watch some good tv 

for Skam, most authentic and honest portrayal of teenage characters done on TV. Meaningful topics, subtle directing and writing and some great young talents (esp. Tarjei). A little masterpiece of tv and an important series for teenagers and young adults and as well for parents.
