I think the number I got on a test is way too high tbh I probably have like.. 10-15 iq points less than that
big brain humble brag
no it's more like the test is obviously flawed

well first of all, there isn't just one test and part of the test is subjectove interpretation of the testing person

it's more like the ability to formulate ideas and gain wisdom from experiences and information your are supplied with
the higher your IQ, the higher your grasp on things based on more limited information
it's a very logic based concept
like, it doesn't tell you how much you know, but how fast you can understand things (and by that I don't mean like getting told something and then understanding that message, more like being given snippets of information like puzzle pieces and not only being able to understand what the whole puzzle looks like, but also being able to see the different things on the puzzle, even before you completed the whole puzzle)
Hmmm yes
I did take iq test when I was at neuropsychologist, n the areas where mostly like uhh, what words u knew (?) (i didn't know any lmaoo) n memory n the whole pattern thing etc (so not only the pattern thing) so ig its logic but also kind of how like uhhh, much u kno idk or mby that was for something else lol ?? Idk anyways

tbh, I don't know, it's been over 14 years since I took mine
I just remember that I had to tell a story, I had to see pictures and tell what was missing, I had to count blocks in pyramids (like there were blocks stacked and it was a 3d picture from one angle and I had to count them) and I had a 3d icture of a dice and had to tell which one of the 5 patterns below were the dice folded out and put flatly and I was timed on most of these things
but well, I was like 10 back then, so my memory isn't that good anymore about it and I couldn't even tell you how it worked for most of it
also the counting things and geographic exercices were the most fun, so I remember them best
Doesn't testing ur iq when ur a child give extremely high iq or something, like 200+ sometimes idk. Or ig thats only if they apply the special child thing idk

I wish I had low iq, statistically they are more happy. But happy people are losers and I don't want to be a loser

actually, they found out that it isn't true
it's just tha people with an iq above 130 are more easily depressed, but there is no correlation between all the other iq segments and happiness
hearing this sucks
Probably cus u see more how shit the world is but thankfully I do not care

though this doesn't mean that if you have an IQ above 130 (which is a very low percentage of the world pupolation anyway) automatically are depressed, they are just more inclined to it (statistically speaking) than the other people
which also doesn't mean that most depressed people have a high IQ

it was one modified for children and my count wasn't that abnormally high
also, these 200+ counts are mostly for children below 5
but yes, your rate will go down the older you get (up to a certain point), but not that drastically and I would still be in the same IQ bracket I was put in as a child if I were to make a proper test again at my adult age

Probably cus u see more how shit the world is but thankfully I do not care

according to the article I read it's more because you feel more isolated and lonely
the other things don't matter that much and that people with a low IQ don't question everything as much is just a myth

possible
to be fair, most adults don't even mind the IQ and it's not something obvious
so far, there was only one person in my life commenting on it and he had aspergers and based on my reaction just asked if he was being rude (he wasn't it was just weird being asked) and that prompted other people to be like: yeah, it kinda makes sense now that you say it, but it's not something that's as freakish as you'd think
because being "found out" was always my biggest fear when growing up

I read up on it a lot
unfortunately I only have german articles about the matter (though they do link to international studies of course, but most of these are behind a paid wall)
