thank god for high school allowing me to wear beanies even in the summer. we stan teachers who dont give a fuck as long as you're doing work. or even just being there honestly there was this one day i had terrible menstrual cramps and i was just on the floor sobbing in pain and i had no means of getting home and while we did have free work hours so we could do basically whatever, even the teachers didnt come over because all they saw was me on the floor, sleeping, with my parka as a blanket and they were probably like yeah thats just ronja

they also let me sit on my desk and work. which was nice, much better than sitting on the chair

me tho its the biggest reason i wear beanies cause i can hide my ugly hair

yeah it used to be 8 but the teachers complained about us losing time when going from one room to another so they just started earlier and added 5 minutes for each 45 minutes to change locations. they did this when i was in 6th grade and i was sooo tired because i had to get up at 5:45 to get ready and walk to the bus station.
they could have had classes that weren't geography or PE or chemistry in the same room but noo, let 900 students walk all the way through the building every 45min/1,5h so the poor teachers don't have to walk to different classrooms.

i feel that. the first two years i wore full face makeup and had to wake up early to put it on but then i stopped and suddenly i only needed time to shower (some days), get dressed, check that im presentable and then im ready to go. also helped that my bus stop was like. just down a small hill. literally a 3 minute walk from my house. so i needed 30 minutes at the most.
