because not only is it mean to him, to use him but its also mean to yourself. it doesnt help telling stuff to people when they dont get it. if they dont get it, they dont get it. its not your job to make them understand, and if uve suffiently said "hey, i do not like spending time with you. i think we've grown apart and im not gonna contact u anymore - i wish you the best" and they dont get it its also ur own fault for not cutting contact.

if u wish him well, you actually cut contact.

He quit making sexual advances but I can tell he still hopes, and he tries to get me to join fet life and talks about our past sex it's so weird 

I remember once I finally told him I had sex so he wouldn't be jelly of my encounters w/ his roomie, he didn't seem to accept or get that cuz... while I'm not attracted to him I still thought it felt good... if that makes sense? And even when I told him that he was still there and also helped me out when his roomie ended up abusing me 

So its just awkward I guess... but I guess cutting him off is really 4 the best
