I wrap it in things I reuse or already own together with my beloved paper tape. I like wrapping maybe 40-60% of the time.
oh man, i need paper tape. where can i get it?
i think panduro, tgr or any bokhandel usually have washi tape (?)
Oh no, I have a proper good roll of brown paper tape. Arguably ugly but if you cut it off right and have the right tone of paper paper it can be really pretty.

do u ever wrap in those pretty silk scarves cause thats so cute!!!
No, I don't own silk scarfs and unless I know people will actually reuse it is imo just a waste of good silk scarfs. I use paper paper.
awh, understandableĀ
how do u reuse it tho, do u take the wrapping from previously received gifts? or newspaper?

I normally collect all the boxes I get from ordering things all year, the paper sheets or whatever is inside it to keep it safe (not those plastic pillows or those pieces of things i dunno what it is called like isopor just bigger.) I also just don't really buy new paper unless I am empty, and ifĀ  I do I just buy brown paper and decorate it with natural stuff or other Christmas deco stuff we have from previous years. If I can reuse wrappings from last year depends on the quality of it really, and how it looks after I open them. Like these bags clothes and stuff often come in is easy to reuse since they normally keep well. If it's good quality paper I'm usually careful and save it for next time (I also glued one this year). This year I also came into a lot of things as "inheritance," so I have a big roll of brown paper from that that probably will last me years. Or wrapping things from other people I know that they don't want.

i always struggle to find stuff to pack in for christmas. so i always regret throwing out boxes. luckily i can get boxes from work. we get a lot of different size ones c: but i really wish i was better at keeping paper n stuff. and next year i might invest in a roll of brown paper too. i think it looks so pretty. i just wanna be better at decorating them cx

its the thought that counts.
if u want a tip for a great christmas present, its homemade caramels. my bf makes them in the microwave, and they taste amazing.

I'm not very good at decorating or wrapping, so I just use what we have really and that will be it. This year the standard package is wrapped like this
i. in brown paper (inherited) with paper tape (mine)
ii. with some straw-like bond around it (inherited) or some other thread we have
iii. with one of those unused Christmas cards we have laying aroundĀ
iv. with a dried orange as decoration (that i made last year thanks to kruspersille)

i am considering putting a chilli on someones package just for fun tbh like i am drying the ones i had leftover from the pickled onions i madeĀ
and i still wanna get some pine but i am sorta done wrapping now
