Cooking pancakes in those at school makes me rlly queezy, non stick pan is best or that one made for pancakes only

I don't own any non stick pans. I always scratch them and the non stick stuff flakes off in my food, so I quit buying them.
But I also learned to cook in cast iron so I'm pretty good at it.

How lol, I've never had a non stick do that except if u use utensils to stir ur food which is also very very bad

Also in the US, the nonstick pans I've found are all teflon, which is super toxic and banned in most other countries lol

Also in the US, the nonstick pans I've found are all teflon, which is super toxic and banned in most other countries lol

We have teflon but its not allowed w the harmful chemical anymore in the teflon, tho I doubt its any harm as long as u don't scrape the pan, which doesn't happen if u don't use utensils or metal spatulas ig

I guess where I always get my kitchen stuff used I never know how it was treated before.
I'd rather just use cast iron though, it works for me.
