While my exs mom was like lol u r litrally not healthy but ig I was more crazy at her house too idk,,, I got super angry at my ex for having a seizure (what even) n then I walked out into the garden in the pitch black n sat by a tree n then I thought I was being watched so I called my bf crying like hello pls pls come pick me up yes n then I was bad bad for the rest of the evening but idk. Im never consistently bad, I just get bad episodes idk

Yes I know, but I didn't have any other symptoms or symptoms prior to psychosis when I went there , except like uhhh,, feeling weird n out of reality but ig that could just b dissociation or sum
