Ty! I own one cookbook but internet is full of receipts. I saw video how they kill animals. And I don't even like how meat taste.

maybe can u get some easy to get things like the fancy tv dinners w/ veggies and meat (or other protein if u no meat) or some deli stuff and apples that are easy? or v8 or some protein/meal replacer shakes?
Idk I should learn how to make good home made food. I have been vegetarian since 2016 but still don't know how to make good vegetarian food. oof well at least you're getting some proteins! and tomato veggies! silver linings!
