yeah it's weird they didnt suggest, maybe they thought you're used to it or something?? but def it's gamechanger to function properly esp when it comes to basic/life needs like breathing. There's a lot of benefits that comes to breathe from nose and not mouth so even more ??? that no one suggested. Hope you get to make appointment soon and talk about it!
