My friend is in healthy poly realtionships and they're cool and happy with this way. Monogamy isn't for everyone, which is why some ppl either poly or have open relationship.

Personally I wouldn't practice that I like being monogamous, but wouldn't call poly disrespectful. Being in monogamous relationship and go behind the back to cheat aint the same as being in poly- or open relationship agreement.

i personally don't think that i could be in a polyamorous/open relationship but... isn't that literally how it doesn't work.... or what i mean is poly people i know doesn't go fucking around other people for fun? most people just seems to think that's what they do
first of all, some people just want multiple partners and they can all be together. and some people can't satisfy all their needs with one partner (for example; you have a fetish and your partner doesn't want to do that)
just live and let live, each on their own etc

We have certain rules (not to bring anyone to the flat we share, etc), but we've never had any issues arise. We also make it clear to the people we hook up with that it's never going to be deadly serious or anything
