OH that? I have UNFATHOMABLY strong opinions about everyone and everything so I notice things right away. Usually I'm able to determine whether or not I'm likely to like a person after observing them for about 5 minutes and it's a rare occasion if I change my opinion after those 5 minutes. 
I see, I have very NEUTRAL opinions about everyone, with time that shifts tho but yea
I can't be neutral. If I come across as neutral towards someone it's either 1) i have no idea who they are or 2) i'm trying to behave
