i mean it's obvious that at least some of the teams are unfathomably biased when they add new members, i'm not going to specify what teams because you need to be straight up blind not to see it

but it bothers me more irl because irl it's about money and actual comfort whereas on vp being a team member is suffering because someone will be @ you for poorly representing the team as if all team members belong to a cult and must be divine and flawless always
