Hmm yes probably, but idk, is every waterproof eyeliner liquid eyeliner n not pencil

I've only tried liquid and gel ones but at least this is in pencil form although it says it's gel so I'm not sure about the consistency:

i dont know, im pretty sure u can get a waterproof pencil eyeliner, but i am not sure if it will works as good

Hmm yes mby, I think I have a gel eyeliner cus I tried it on my sister n it was very soft, but still in pencil form but not stiff at all, don't think it was waterproof tho but
