ig tell them that you are afraid of needles? my friend did and they cut the talking and just went straight to it, seems more harsh, but you will only get more nervous if they just doesnt get over with it. that is different from person to person tho ofc

it wasn't like that for anyone in my family tho so it could be because i had taken the tetanus vaccine 8 days before
but the form said don't come if you got a vaccine less than 7 days ago so lol : )
