No, not necessarily. It's about giving equal political power to everyone. Not white people ruling over black people for example. That would not be ethno-nationalism.
What does white people ruling over black people have to do with it. Im saying a lot of neo-nazis want to send out ppl who r not ethnically norwegian for example. A lot of them does not want to rule over or kill them, just send them out to the countries they "belong" in, so their own country can be strictly white/ethnically norwegian fx. Often not just white as a whole, cus northern european neo-nazis will want southern europeans to be sent out too, even tho they are white on paper
I'm saying that neo-nazis want power for their own people, meaning they are for white power only. Ethno-nationalism doesn't favour one race over another like that.
