It wasn't awful
like it's not fucking pleasant at all, but it's not terrible.
the one that sucked was when the not-painful screening came back with abnormal cells and they had to do a colposcopy which did hurt, but it was bearable. 

I also am a chronic pain patient too so my pain tolerance may be naturally higher tho? so I wouldn't take my word for the pain levels lol

same, it made me paranoid before abt pregnancy but ive been safe even if im bad at taking the pill everyday (could forget for dayd), but started having pill-alarm on the phone so i wont forget lol - recommend having alarm

I've thought abt the alarm but im sometimes busy so I just think im usually not forgetting it so its fine, usually I take it normal time but its just a week here n there my brain just totally slips, or if I fall asleep

tbh the not-dying part is probably worse, and I think that's what ppl don't talk about, it doesn't just up and kill you randomly, it's slow and brutal
my mom effectively has no control of her sphincter because of her cancer and shits herself constantly.

i have this trauma too and i'm kinda paranoid that if i go to a check up it would trigger a panic attack so i've just delayed the whole thing.
my grandma did have cysts in her womb and got the whole thing removed which is kinda making me worry lol.

but yea i guess it depends on the person ye

😭😭😭 hopefully its fine w the hpv, idk how long the vaccine lasts but my thinking is like, I won't do it but im probably safer than non vaccinated ppl so I will survive (probably) at least since nobody in my family has had any type of cancer
