this is like the exact same but just the opposite (so not exactly the same, but you get my drift) issue I have with the people from the German server
I showed them a recording of truck horns passing by my apartment because it sounded so beautiful and I didn't add any emoticons or so and everyone just assumed I was my sarcastic self because apparently they don't know me ever making a serious remark like that, they always just assume that me writing something is me making a deadpan joke and being cynical
En is the same but complete opposite
I make jokes and people think I'm dead serious :d I think I might have serious communication issues if no one I talk to gets where I'm going with stuff :cry
