honestly, I did something very similar with my current partner,
I was the one to ask him out, telling him that when we'll meet up and go out, it was going to be a date,
guess he loved that answer because it has been almost a year and a half since then lol

If he chooses this girl, I'll be upset I didnt hang out with him sooner, as he was down to get me free ski passes, go hiking with me and give me a rock climbing gym membership pass 

If I decide not to say anything I'll regret not entertaining things 

Either way my disappointment will be with myself not putting myself out there 

Not him rejecting me 

Its the what could of been that will kill me either way
