okay, in all honesty, you don't need that many special target cleaners
most of them are actually the same and just use either a shitton of chemicals (that you don't need if you clean regularly) or are just different rebrands and different smells to go for the "clean home" vibe

you need one all purpose cleaner that you can dillute in water to mop the floors (which you can also use for surfaces, though for quicker cleaning most people swear by having them in spray bottles)
you can get a whole bunch of them nowadays in those tabs to refill (at least it's common practice in many countries and even Germany has like two brands already that do it)

then I'd say dishsoap (goes a long way on every surface that has to struggle with grease, so brilliant in the kitchen) and vinegar. You can use dishsoap and vinegar in lukewarm water and it's the perfect thing to clean glass surfaces like windows and mirrors

for lime scale or burnt in, get yourself a scraper, they are miracle workers!

Cloths I only have like 5 in total and I can super rotate through them
kitchen towels I have more since I want to have enough to be able to fill a whole washing machine with tea towels (it's better to clean them together and only having so few that you fill only half the waching machine is just  a huge waste of water)

the food storage really is the most stressfull one, because even the glass containers usually come with plastic tops. so there's really little you can do about going fully plastic free. but I'd say that little plastic and considering you will use it for 5+ years and not heat it (since you don't put the lid in the microwave and only close it after the food cooled down significantly) you shouldn't really impact its life expectancy too much onto the short side
but I've seen stainless steel containers with steel lids and they were really amazing. I'll have to check where, I think it was an Asian mommy blogger? (yes, household blogs are my guilty pleasure) I'll find it again for you if you want!

and what do u wash like ur bathrooms and kitchens with like what tools... do u just vacuum? cloths for surfaces? how do I find some alternatives where everything ain't disposable or made out of microfibers like I find no heaven here
I usually wipe down crumbs to the floor and then vacuum, yes
but then every time I do the dishes (which is daily since no washing machine), I wipe the countertop and stovetop with a wet sponge tissue (? - these here, it's in German but I'm sure you can find comparable things in Norway). You can throw them in the washing machine with your tea towels. I usually use them in the kitchen until they start looking a bit gross (because after about 10 washes they start to be discoloured a bit or start breaking because I hang them over the sink to dry. Then I just use them to clean in the bathroom.

Also once a week I completely scrub down the cooking surface and kitchensink with an all-purpose cleaner

Bathroom I also mostly just vacuum the floor and then do the appliances and such once a week (like sink, shower, toilet) with a citrus cleaner because of the limescale.

Once a month, I mop my apartment and also clean like the mirror in the bathroom and descale the shower door.
Also, for dusting I use one of those microfiber dusting cloths. they are amazing for quick dusting in between (I do that every couple of days, just giving the broad surfaces a wipe) You can use them a couple of times, just beat the dust out of them outside and you can use them for a few weeks before throwing them in the washer. They lose their fluffyness after a few cycles, but they still work perfectly

I realise microfibre might not be the best because of the whole microplastic thing
but honestly, so far it seems the best I can find, because a lot of the cotton based towels just don't clean as well
though I have to say, I really only use them for cleaning and dusting, so I feel like my 4 microfibre tissues really aren't that big of an issue on the big scale

oh and I also recently invested into a silicone "sponge" and I like it, definitely better than the dish brush I was using before
* those are like those swedish discloths. they are easy to find here too!
*
all-purpose cleaner is a check in my planner  so double-check (i'm gonna get ocean saver, I think, and use a glass bottle)
* limescale - must think about that too, ty
* mop - i have been considering this brand but it's like microfiber based but it says u don't need detergents allegedly. they say you just need water to clean and that is sheds very little microfibers and can last very long.  but still.. microfibers.
* dust cloth  - yes it's a mood, microfibers are the best for dust and i do not like dust seriously, we suck at dust cleaning in this house and it makes all other cleaning hideous.

and i'm thinking about getting this sponge thing for the bathroom surfaces:

yeah i feel like food is like, u gonna go half plastic anyways and like buying stainless steel food boxes (those that u always see on social media) for everything is like... not reasonable bc they are expensive af and i don't even like most of them because I don't like those handles that close them bc they aren't reliable enough and they make a lot of sound(!!). Personally, I need something that stocks well in the fridge to take up less space, but also saves my food and is like easy to handle.

okay so i need to get some kitchen towels i guess
and soap. norwegians swear to Zalo but they got like no credentials for enviro stuff so idk if I am like.. gonna deal w it or just.. use it until I come across some good option.

ok, that's good then
they really are a life saver when it comes to wet cleaning and you can use them for nearly all surface
I really love them and plan on splurging on a few more fancy ones for the kitchen once I have my own and use the ugly ones for bathroom cleaning only

oh, I've heard about the brand :d yeah, honestly, all purpose is great. also, if you really use them in glass bottles, you could basically just dillute a little bit of it in some water and fill it in a glass bottle with a spray top for small surface level cleaning jobs in between
(like, for real, doing these small cleaning jobs as they happen to come along saves you sooooo much time on big cleaning days, because you don't have to be as extensive with the scrubbing and cleaning, since most of the big messes is cleaned up as they happen. and having the spray bottle handy is just an invitation to clean immediately)

limescale isn't that big of an issue everywhere, but especially in the bathroom you get a lot of buildup from the misture of limescale and soap residue as well as dead skin cells and the like. also, if you have a glass stove top, you will need one of those scrapers because nothing is more unfun than stuff burning in on your stove
though if limescale isn't really that much of an issue, you can just use the regular all-purpose one in the bathroom too and then just regularly rinse with either citric acid or vinegar solution

and I mean, sure you might just need water, but for some places it's still better to add in a little bit of a cleaner to get rid of dried on things (like especially around the kitchen, there's always a little mess where you splashed a bit when doing the dishes or the pan was splashing the oil or you didn't realise something fell down until after it dried in
other than that, those two options for the mop and the sponge actually look really good, I would definitely buy them for my cleaning purposes

I think the issue with those is that you couldn't really do the dishes in a bed of soapy water like you usually would - which does save on water if you have more than just one plate and a spoon to clean.
it sounds like  a great idea for small cleaning jobs in between, where you just add a bit of dishsoap to your brush and get at it
but for doing full-on dishes with 5 plates and pans and pots? seems like you'll just be scrubbing at the soap all the time

yeah, that's really it. like not looking for more time consuming things than what I already have. or longer washing jobs or anything.

we have a (1) refill option in the city for like soaps but they are so expensive.. like 49NOK\hg (5,20USD\hekto)

oh and i also found these cloths in viscose. they are like half a dollar a piece, and should be reusable quite a few times. but idk how well viscose cleans.

ok, I scoured through my youtube and found these containers again
they don't seem to close that well (like it's no suction closing like you have with the plastic lids with the silicone lining, so I wouldn't trust them with transporting food that could spill)
but they might be a bit more to your liking? I'm currently trying to figure out where she got them from

but yeah i sorta just want to have everything done and ready and still i got a month to go and a lot of school to do for this to even be a reality. idk what i got where i'll live yet like i hope we have a washing machine but maybe that's too big a hope for being a student. it probably is.

i get my own fridge tho. that's something at least.
