Usually it depended for me, if I had been home after school and eaten and then gone to my friend ofc they wouldn't give me food, they wouldn't give me food if it wasn't planned that I was coming, but if it was planned that I came to them right after school then I got food yeah. Same with my little sister now, we probably at least once a week have a random kid at dinner here cus they go to each others house right after school

Anyways my best friend when I was like 10 just ate pork anyway even if she wasn't allowed cus her family were muslims lolĀ

It seems like self-entitlement to me like why would u even expect someone to offer u food tbh. Bring ur own food if u haven't planned on eating there in advance or ur not staying there through multiple meals. Seems normal imo to offer ppl food if they are there for a lot of hours and theres multiple meals in that time span, but even then I don't expect getting food tbh, I usually bring my own food unless we have planned to make smth together
