0+ is pretty common
positive and I know that they actually want more people that have A or B (both rhesus factors) to donate, because despite 0 being the universal donor, getting from your own blood group is still favoured over 0 if you don't have that group (there at least was an article about a year back that the Deutsches Rotes reuz is lacking A and B donations by a lot)
