Yeah weight training is ew. I literally cannot. But ye u should try it tbh its a option if u don't like the other alternatives. And u can always try othee similar stuff like pilates. Some yoga poses resemble regular strenght trainingg without weights (chaturanga, chair pose, plank) but it's so much better bc it is dynamic and u don't have to just stand somewhere and do reps, u get to move and do different stuff all the time! And u can build up mobility and stability to do handstands and splits at the same time (totally a win imo).
A win for me would be being able to touch my own toes lmao,,, for some reason even when I was a kid I was never able to even get close to touching my own toes, mby my torso is a bit short or smth, would proabbly be possible with some training tho
I couldn't do that before I started either!
