yeah i actually drank two protein shakes today, but it seems like swirly zappies are still happening in my brain sadly, i will consider drinking more protein shakes though, i probably should eat something else as well though
That might be medication related then?? I might've missed it but what type of med are you on?

xyrem, sleep medication. i thought that the electricity was related to increased/decreased dosage, but it seems to go away once i eat properly, i might be imagining that though, my memory is extremely poor
