There is this image in people's head when you bring up a mental ward and it's not good..  and while I DON'T want to think that I've never been there and rlly scared to get addmited ?

The thing with "maybe someone else needs it more" is bs I think because it's also not like it's only our decision. A doctor needs to decide as well if that's something you need and if you need it you need it.. 

Psych wards is 4 scheduled meals a day, coming to check with you every hour and meds morning and night. At least in my experience there's not much more some day you get to see a doctor. They have tv. I have been admitted many times it's mostly a place to rest and recieve medication and be watched.

in my case I was suggested that so like it's unclear

I get restless pretty easy it's the same when I'm at home.
You don't get to have a charger usually tho. We have special boxes on the wall so only a little piece of the cord hangs out but in every other place you have to leave the phone in a locked room when it's charging.
