I don't think wearing short sleeves is a good idea unless you keep your arms locked to your sides at all times. You must either wear long sleeves, shave or like you said, don't care!

Cus the womens have like,,, soap on the ends that blocks the razor from coming into contact with the skin properly, and smth abt the angles of the blades or smth, and also the number of blades make a difference

No, why would it. Usually I switch out the razors if they start tugging too much, like every 6 months maybe lol, but usuallly the amount of irritation just depends in what direction u shave first
