Yeah. I only drink energy drinks when it's Formula 1 so that has greatly reduced my energy drink consumption from like.. 2-3 per week to roughly 23 per year which is still a few but it's not 150+. I won't drink an energy drink for the Japanese GP because it's 7 am and that feels very unholy to me 
I drink ca. one moomin mug of urge every day because idk I like to drink it when I eat dinner and one mug (0.3) is generally enough, if it's not it's no more than two so roughly 0.6 but probably closer to 0.5, because i don't really fill it up either. Super interesting information yes

Yeah I think it's fine, and considering how many sizes I've dropped on pants size it's better, I should be close to the normal range soon and I'm good with that
