like when i was a kid i was reading a book and there was a scene where the main character is canoeing or something like that in the ocean and i could imagine that but also in my head the canoe kept like. tipping forward somehow for no reason? and i had to reread that part so many times bc i couldn't get past that. that's maybe not relevant here hsdkjghdsg

correcting myself apaprently i can do the playing music in head without me-ifing just fine, ig I just choose to karaoke in my head 80% of the time instead ig......

closed mai eyes n its like just visual of apple smack down center that keeps changing in diff angles as I think of them, n eyes open idk I tend to look at something like wall with no detail for visualizing with eyes open n then its obvi just. on the wall lol

my inner monologue has a really grating voice even if i can't really hear it per se. the words annoy me when i think about my thinking word voice if that makes sense. makes my head hurt and makes my throat feel scratchy.

yes i hear music in my head but often several songs overlapping. there's a lot going on but like nothing that's actually smart or worthwhile lmao

!!! WOW okay very interesting,  this sounds very fake to me but it also makes it make more sense somewhow idk

like in comparison to this if i close my eyes its just nothing if i try to imagine it so maybe its more concepts and im at a 5

i do spend my whole day talking to myself and made up people in my head (the convo is in my head,, not the people oir well they are but u get it i dont hear voices)... its just all veru silent

i think referencing the chart it's closest to 4. i can imagine some semblance of an apple, but i despite knowing what color it is, i don't see the colors. and still somehow for tests and stuff i can recall chunks of text from a textbook etc.

i can't place myself into the scene so to speak. i barely see the scene in my head at all, and i have to put a lot of effort into it if i want to. even watching movies i tend to not register the scenes the characters are in besides like "wow that's cool". words look like words, mostly. i also don't tend to rly care abt the characters further than what they are in text format

uuuhh so this one is kinda complicated?? bc i know it's my voice, but i also don't actually hear it. the words flow somewhere around my forehead and thinking abt it gives me a headache ahaha. i also have at least two other voices which i call "depression voice" and "anxiety voice". they also "talk" as if they're me, but i have sorta isolated them from my "real" thoughts as part of my mental healing process idk

kind of? or i guess it's more or less "shadows" of the beats aka not crisp HD audio. i can sorta get a jam going on, songs do get stuck in my head and i can remember full lyrics to many of my fave songs

also additionally i tend to not remember a lot abt stuff i've experienced in my life besides some negative bits and random conversations here and there. i feel awkward abt it bc ppl can ask me if i remember visiting an amusement park with them and i say no, while they can remember it in full detail
