it is SO cool you are literally a world-renowned surgeon coming back from war, LITERALLY a blood specialist, turned to a vampire right as the influenza epidemic was happening and world war 1
so it'sĀ  ironic how you are a doctor but also a vampire and also a blood specialist and you go through trying to fight the influenza as a doctor and as a vampire trying to find out who did this to you

REALLY cool game I recommend after playing it twice
