i feel like it's valid to excuse your lack of function on mental illness, but it should never be your card to not face that and try to function like a normal person. it's like.. someone realizes they are avoidant (me starting to project) therefore they decide that they'll live their life isolated and deprived from social interaction. to get through the default system of life/society you have to adapt to how neurotypical people function, it is hard but .. uh i think my point based on my example here was that you eventually will have to talk to people and create connections, you can't live your whole life dwelling on your mental issues and living in the comfort of dysfunction, you have to bring yourself to function like """""""a normal person"""""" and it's literally healthy for your brain..............
