might just write about my feelings hmm 
also i can choose it myself, i personally like poems that dont rly rhyme but are rather more artistic

Okay. So... maybe you could start by brainstorming some ideas or words or phrases you may want to use in it? Just write down what your thought period makes you think about? Some imagery? (can perfectly fine be something you do or look at on a bad day fx.) Then try put it together. And don't think too much about how it fits as you can always revise after you have a draft!
