This one's cute
I had imagine brown, with red threading would be beautiful... might just be me tho
Yes I was thinking of using this red and white marled yarn I have but I ended up using the beige.

Thrifted some knitting needles finally and my mom is gonna hand me down all of hers, because she only knit on the round ones!

Couldn't be more pumped.

I would honestly recommend knitting with round ones though, it's easier to start with and you can knit both flat and in the round with them.

I have some round knitting needles, but i tried several times and i don't think I knitted enough to kind of understand it (i know that probably don't make sense, but i never knitted on round ones) I will get there tho, i would like to try them out at some point! I will likely ask my mom for some with longer needled than what i have.

What I'm trying to say is that you can knit with round needles the way you would knit with straight needles so it's like a 2 in one.

Oh i know, the thing  with the round needles, is just that it's harder to start in my experience. Like i find it hard for the the masks to stay lose enough on the thin threading? I don't know how to avoid that.

Hmm you might be stretching your stitches once they're off the needle...

So you mean pulling a bit to tight when making the masks?

By masks do you mean stitches? If so , it's probably a combination of that and having your stitches spread too much on the cord.

I bought some nice yarn the day before yesterday, and today I was in Tel Aviv and bought even nicer yarn. I could've gotten it wayyyy cheaper online but at least I supported a local business I guess. The grey is 100% alpaca and is so soft holy FUCK (the one on the right is like a sage green, it looks a bit gray on camera)
