whar is migas!
spanish for bread crumbs
it's basically dried bread crumbs that you rehydrate and then spice and then you cook them with some chorizo in a pan and top with a fried egg or two
very handyman food (don't know the english word, dictionary no use tonight) but I could bathe in it
portuguese migas is like. kind of similar. my parents tear up bread then cook it in pan with oil and um.... a leafy green whose name is escaping me right now..... also very delicious
i feel unportuguesified rn

Thank you for adding the brackets... God is watching and I do not want people's weak desire for sex being projected onto me.

yeah, basically the same
I mean, to be fair, spain and portugal are geographically very close and considering the spanish version of the dish comes from a region close to the portuguese border, it's no surprise at all
what else do your parents add to the migas? like what do they eat them with?
